The Fat Cat Diaries

G’day Mates! As you can tell by this video, this weekend wore me out. I took my brother and sister out on the Tobacco trail for a nice walk and despite going the same distance, at the end of the walk, Charlie was really worn out. As a family, we need to build his stamina up cause he started to slow us down at the end. See, Audry and Charlie share a leash and poor Audry had to basically carry Charlie the whole way. I felt so bad for her, having to carry a dog like that.

My dad’s birthday was this past Friday and following my slobber surprise when he came home and me pulling him on the skateboard at about 35 mph, he bought me a pinch collar. Putting that on, I still pulled him so hard that I started seeing spots around step…ummm…3. It definitely calmed me down…though We followed that up with a slumber party in the living room and watched some TV and had some cake. In my mind, I have no doubt I would have loved that chocolate cake. I didn’t get to taste it though but I smelled it the rest of the night ’cause I put my nose in my dad’s piece. So as I sit here in my cage house with the smell of red velvet lingering on my nose, I have to admit that the weekend was a good one! Happy birthday to my mom today as well. I don’t like to ruin surprises, but I’ll probably just give you a lot of barks for your present!
